Just Do It


When you feel like procrastinating - Postpone doing what one should be doing, you should focus on the outcome and not the process.

Your Body
. Focus on what is realistic rather than what is deal. It's easier to visualize yourself five pounds lighter in three weeks, than having a flat stomach in the same amount of time.

Your Career.
Decide a starting point and work for a short periods of time, say 1o to 20 minutes. This imparts the feeling of accomplishment as work is being completed.

Your Money. First, think of the added costs, if you delay it any longer. Recognize that it will not go away you're part just delaying the inevitable.

The more you procrastinate, the more you stand to lose what's important to you.
